Risk Disclosure

Last updated: 15 January 2026

Crypto trading and investing involve a high degree of risk and you could lose some or all of the capital you commit. Please read this Risk Disclosure in full before using ClearTallish.

1. Purpose of this disclosure

This Risk Disclosure describes material risks associated with using the ClearTallish platform, including its automated trading tools, AI-assisted market analysis and educational content. It is intended to help you make informed decisions. It does not list every possible risk, and it should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Market volatility

Digital-asset prices, including Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, can move sharply within short periods and may fall to zero. Forex and equity markets are also volatile and can be affected by economic data, political events, changes in interest rates and sentiment. Sudden price moves can trigger losses faster than you expect.

3. Risk of loss of capital

You may lose some or all of the funds you deposit or trade. Losses may exceed amounts you initially expected. Only commit capital that you can afford to lose without affecting your essential living costs, financial obligations or long-term security.

4. Automated trading bots

Automated tools execute instructions according to predefined settings. They can malfunction, respond unexpectedly to unusual market conditions, be affected by connectivity or exchange outages, or repeatedly execute losing trades. Configuration errors, incorrect parameters and changes in market structure can all cause losses. Automation does not remove risk and does not guarantee any level of return.

5. Limitations of AI-based analysis

Models that analyse market data learn from historical information. Historical patterns may not persist, data may be incomplete or delayed, and models can produce confident but incorrect outputs. Analysis provided by ClearTallish is a tool to support your research and is not a forecast, promise or recommendation.

6. Leverage and derivatives

Some products accessed through third-party providers may involve leverage, margin or derivative instruments. These amplify both gains and losses and can result in losses exceeding your initial deposit, as well as forced liquidation of positions. You should not use leveraged products unless you fully understand their mechanics and risks.

7. Liquidity, execution and custody

Some assets may be difficult to sell quickly at a fair price, particularly in stressed markets. Orders may be filled at prices worse than expected (slippage), or may not be filled at all. Third-party exchanges and wallets may suspend withdrawals, experience security incidents or become insolvent. Digital assets held with third parties may not be protected in the same way as bank deposits.

8. Cybersecurity and technology risk

Online platforms, wallets and connected accounts are exposed to hacking, phishing, malware, credential theft and system failures. Losses from such events may not be recoverable. You should use strong unique passwords, enable multi-factor authentication where available and never share private keys or recovery phrases.

9. Regulatory and tax considerations

The regulatory treatment of digital assets and automated trading is evolving and may change. Your activity may create tax obligations, including on gains, income or disposals, and reporting requirements may apply. Laws in your country of residence may restrict or prohibit certain activities. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable rules.

10. Past performance and projections

Past performance, backtests, simulated results and illustrative calculators are not reliable indicators of future results. Any projected figures are hypothetical, do not account for all costs, fees or market conditions, and must not be relied upon as a guarantee of income.

11. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, the settings you choose, the amounts you commit and the monitoring of your positions. We recommend starting with small amounts, reviewing your risk limits regularly and seeking independent financial, legal or tax advice where appropriate.

12. Contact
