Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 January 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and ClearTallish ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of our website, software, automated trading tools, market analysis content and related services (together, the "Services"). Please read them carefully before creating an account or using any part of the Services.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the Services or clicking to accept these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are not prohibited from receiving financial or technology services under the laws of the United Kingdom or any other applicable jurisdiction. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us without undue delay at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe that information provided is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading, or that the account is being used unlawfully.

4. Description of the Services

ClearTallish provides software tools that include configurable automated trading bots, AI-assisted market analysis and educational content about digital assets and other markets. The Services are provided for informational and technological purposes. Outputs generated by models or bots are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, delayed or unsuitable for your objectives. We may add, modify or discontinue features at any time, and we will give reasonable notice where a change materially affects paid functionality.

5. No investment advice

Nothing in the Services constitutes personal investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, or an offer or solicitation to enter into any transaction. You remain solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for assessing whether any strategy is appropriate for your financial situation. You should seek independent professional advice where necessary.

6. Fees and payments

Certain features may require payment. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at the time of purchase and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where expressly stated otherwise. Third-party exchange, network and payment provider charges are not controlled by us and may be payable in addition to our fees.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you must not interfere with the operation of the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data, reverse engineer proprietary components except where the law permits, scrape content at scale, use the Services for money laundering, market manipulation or any other unlawful activity, or upload malicious code.

8. Intellectual property

All software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks and other materials within the Services are owned by ClearTallish or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. The "ClearTallish" name and marks may not be used without our prior written consent.

9. Third-party services

The Services may connect to third-party exchanges, data providers, wallets and payment processors. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security or conduct. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data or indirect or consequential losses. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if required by law or by a competent authority. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law, will continue to apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the Services before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, although you may also bring proceedings in any court with jurisdiction where you reside if you are a consumer and mandatory local law so provides. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any complaint informally.

15. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected] or by post at King William Street 218, WC1V 6AA Manchester, GB.
